BDM (Business Development Manager)

Role & responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain relationships with bank branches to drive life insurance sales.

2.Work closely with bank staffs to generate leads and achieve sales targets.

3.Provide product training and support to bank employees

4.Identify business opportunity and develop strategies to maximize insurance penetration

5. Meet clients and understand their financial needs to recommend suitable life insurance plans.

6.Achieve assigned sales target.

7.Report performance metrics regularly

Preferred candidate profile

1. Graduation in any stream

2. 1+ Years of experience in Sales, Insurance, Banking or financial services

3.Excellent communication, relationship management and sales skills.

4. Willingness to travel within the assigned location.
