Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to farmers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Drive B2C (Business-to-Consumer) sales by promoting agricultural products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and local communities to foster business growth.
• Provide expert consultation on agricultural best practices and innovative solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's overall objectives.

Key Requirements:

• Passion for the agricultural sector and dedication to working closely with farmers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the agriculture industry.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
• Mandatory: Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license and hold a relevant degree.

Qualification Required:

• B.Sc in Agriculture
• BRS (Bachelor of Rural Studies)
• Diploma in Agriculture
• B.Sc in Chemistry
