Job Description

Role Summary:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and growing strategic partnerships with Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India. This role requires a proven track record in B2B solution selling, a deep understanding of GCC operations, and the ability to position our products/services as enablers of business growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Strategy & Research:
    • Identify target GCCs across India and build a strategic pipeline.
    • Understand GCC market trends, operational models, and decision-making structures to position Solutions/Services effectively.
  2. Lead Generation & Business Development:
    • Develop relationships with key decision-makers, such as CTOs, COOs, and other stakeholders in GCCs.
    • Drive outreach activities (cold calling, presentations, networking) to generate leads and opportunities.
  3. Sales Execution:
    • Proactively sell the company s products/solutions, ensuring alignment with GCC requirements (e.g., IT services, cloud solutions, software products).
    • Lead end-to-end sales processes, including proposals, negotiations, and closure of deals.
  4. Collaboration & Account Management:
    • Work closely with internal teams (pre-sales, marketing, delivery, etc.) to create tailored solutions for clients.
    • Manage relationships post-sales to ensure customer satisfaction, renewals, and account growth.
  5. Revenue & Performance Goals:
    • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
    • Provide timely sales forecasts, market insights, and account updates.

Key Skills:

  • Deep understanding of the GCC landscape in India and their operational needs.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to create value propositions and map solutions to client requirements.
  • Analytical mindset to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive insights.
  • Experience in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent.
