Reports To: Chief Business Officer
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Head to drive growth across our Business Development and Tele-sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high performing teams in a fast-paced environment and will be instrumental in formulating and executing strategies that enhance our market presence and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement growth strategies for both the BD and Tele-sales teams, aligning with the overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with the Chief Business Officer and senior leadership to define key growth initiatives and targets.
2. Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of professionals within the BD and Tele-sales functions.
- Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
3. Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize team performance.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with AVPs and Directors of business teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of growth strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to enhance customer engagement and experience.
5. Performance Metrics:
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to the Chief Business Officer and other stakeholders.
6. Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record of driving growth and managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
