COMPANY NAME: ITDose Infosystems Pvt. Ltd

POSITION: Business Development Executive

POSITION TYPE: Full-time

EXPERIENCE: 2-7 years

NOTICE PERIOD: Immediate- 15 days


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company's customer base and increase revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, such as partnerships, alliances, and collaborations.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts.
  • Manage the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
  • Work closely with the product development team to ensure that customer feedback and market trends are incorporated into product design and development.
  • Monitor sales and revenue performance against targets and adjust business development strategies as needed.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities to senior management.
  • Selling & demonstrating services to clients or other businesses in Healthcare Domain

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-7 years of experience in business development, preferably in a software provider firm.
  • Strong knowledge of the software industry and related markets.
  • Must have Experience in IT Sales/Healthcare ERP sales like ERP Finance and HRM in Healthcare domain.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to develop and manage budgets and financial resources effectively.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams and projects.
  • Experience with sales and marketing techniques, including lead generation, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
