Job Title: Business Development Executive - Global Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team in the SaaS industry. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our client base. We are looking for a candidate with a decent understanding of the SaaS industry and a proven track record in sales and business development. The primary focus of this role is to convert leads into paying customers by effectively communicating the value proposition of the our SaaS solutions and addressing the needs and concerns of the leads.

Your Roles & Responsibilities :

Lead Engagement : Respond promptly and effectively to inbound leads generated through various channels, such as the company's website, marketing campaigns, and referrals.

Product Understanding : Develop a comprehensive understanding of JungleWorks' SaaS products, features, benefits, and how they can address the specific needs of potential customers.

Consultative Selling : Engage in consultative discussions with leads to understand their pain points, requirements, and business goals. Tailor your approach to showcase how JungleWorks' solutions can provide value and solve their challenges.

Product Demonstrations : Conduct engaging product demonstrations or online presentations to showcase how JungleWorks' SaaS products work and how they can be customized to meet the unique needs of each lead.

Objection Handling : Address any concerns or objections leads may have and provide clear explanations and solutions to help them make informed decisions.

Collaboration : Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and technical teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead engagement to onboarding and implementation.

Pipeline Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and sales activities in JungleWorks' CRM system.

Closing Deals : Present pricing options, negotiate terms, and guide leads through the sales process to successfully close deals.

Skills and Qualifications :

Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product information, value proposition, and build rapport with potential customers.

Product Knowledge : In-depth understanding of JungleWorks' SaaS products, including their features, benefits, and use cases.

Problem-Solving : Ability to analyze leads' business challenges and propose tailored solutions using JungleWorks' technology.

Active Listening : Skill in actively listening to leads' needs, concerns, and feedback to provide relevant and appropriate responses.

Tech-Savviness : Comfortable using sales tools, CRM systems, and virtual communication platforms for product demonstrations and discussions.

Negotiation Skills : Ability to negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals while ensuring a win-win outcome.

Empathy : Approach leads with empathy and a customer-centric mindset, understanding their pain points and focusing on delivering value

Time Management : Efficiently manage a pipeline of leads, prioritize tasks, and meet or exceed sales targets.

Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from sales to implementation and support.

Qualification :

Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.

Compensation :

Competitive salary and commission structure, commensurate with experience and performance.
