This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at Eastern Book Company in Lucknow. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, business communication, and lead generation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
• Sales Proposals: Prepare and deliver proposals to potential customers. Tailor proposals to meet customer requirements and highlight the organization's value proposition.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitors.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and optimize lead generation efforts.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.

Must have:

• Graduate with 2+ years of experience in sales and business development
• New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the legal industry is a plus
