Job Description

  • Role & responsibilities :

Market Research and Analysis: Identify and analyze target markets for JEE/NEET preparation. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities.

Lead Generation and Client Acquisition: Generate leads through school visits, coaching centers, and other educational institutions. Build partnerships with schools, tuition centers, and online education platforms. Promote courses and programs designed for JEE/NEET aspirants.

Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Conduct presentations, seminars, and workshops for students, parents, and educators. Convert leads into enrollments for JEE/NEET coaching programs.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, educators, and institutions. Provide ongoing support and address queries to enhance customer satisfaction.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns targeting JEE/NEET aspirants. Develop innovative approaches to expand reach in the education sector.

Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and conversions. Provide periodic reports on performance, market insights, and progress toward goals.


  • Key Skills and Competencies:

Educational Knowledge: Familiarity with the JEE/NEET syllabus, exam patterns, and preparation methodologies.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi , Marathi & English for interacting with students, parents, and educators.

Sales Acumen: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to convert leads into enrollments.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships.

Strategic Thinking: Capability to identify opportunities and create effective growth strategies.

Adaptability: Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


  • Role and Responsibilities Description :

- Becoming familiar with the company products and services.

- Attracting new clients through direct contact and collaboration with the marketing department.

- Cold calling and counselling for career counselling.

- Seminar and conducting exams in our associated schools for data activities.

- Researching to find and connect with prospective clients.

- Maintaining relationships with existing clients.

- Identifying new business opportunities.

- Developing and implementing new sales strategies to grow the business.

- Maintaining and updating sales and business development reports.

- Helping the marketing department with promotional projects.

- Negotiating with clients to secure deals at attractive prices.

- Reviewing clients feedback and making necessary changes.



  • Preferred candidate profile

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with expertise in the education sector, specifically in JEE/NEET preparation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the education ecosystem, including student needs, competitive exam preparation trends, and the ability to develop and execute strategies to drive growth.

  • Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelors degree in any field (education-related preferred).

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the education industry. Prior exposure to JEE/NEET coaching or educational product sales is a plus.

Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and online marketing platforms.

  • The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Knowledge and Professionalism: Demonstrated expertise in sales and business development, preferably within the education industry. A deep understanding of the JEE, NEET and MHT-CET courses is essential.
  • Product Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of our courses and offerings, including curriculum, features, and benefits. Ability to effectively communicate these to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience in the Same Field: Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a history of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Previous experience in marketing educational services or products is highly desirable.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
  • Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving Abilities: A strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, develop creative solutions, and overcome challenges in a competitive market environment.
  • Customer Focus: Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction, with a focus on understanding and addressing the needs of clients and prospects.
