Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, educators, and institutions. Provide ongoing support and address queries to enhance customer satisfaction.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns targeting JEE/NEET aspirants. Develop innovative approaches to expand reach in the education sector.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and conversions. Provide periodic reports on performance, market insights, and progress toward goals.
Educational Knowledge: Familiarity with the JEE/NEET syllabus, exam patterns, and preparation methodologies.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi , Marathi & English for interacting with students, parents, and educators.
Sales Acumen: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to convert leads into enrollments.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships.
Strategic Thinking: Capability to identify opportunities and create effective growth strategies.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with expertise in the education sector, specifically in JEE/NEET preparation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the education ecosystem, including student needs, competitive exam preparation trends, and the ability to develop and execute strategies to drive growth.
Educational Background: Bachelors degree in any field (education-related preferred).
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the education industry. Prior exposure to JEE/NEET coaching or educational product sales is a plus.
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and online marketing platforms.
