*Job Summary*:
We are looking for motivated Sales Associates to join our team. The role involves facilitating consultations between clients and astrologers, building trust with clients, and promoting our premium gemstones and Rudraksh. If you have a knack for sales and a passion for helping people on their spiritual journey, this role is for you.
*Key Responsibilities*:
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements and arrange consultations with astrologers.
- Present and promote Divinelanes gemstone and Rudraksh offerings to clients post-consultation.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team success.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions using the company’s CRM system.
- Stay updated on astrology-related products and services to provide informed recommendations.
*Skills & Qualifications*:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a fresher can also apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of astrology and gemstones (a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided).
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
