Business Associate - B2B Marketing

The Business Associate Marketing Field will support the field marketing department in executing and managing local marketing campaigns, engaging with customers, and gathering valuable market intelligence. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals passionate about marketing, business development, and gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. As a Business Associate, you will work closely with the marketing team to increase brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and contribute to the growth of the company in local markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Marketing Support:

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns and events in local markets, such as product promotions, trade shows, pop-up activations, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Coordinate logistics for field marketing activities, including arranging venue spaces, preparing promotional materials, and ensuring the proper setup and breakdown of events.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Building:

• Engage with potential and existing customers in various settings (e.g., events, retail stores, community outreach programs) to promote the brand and its products.
• Provide information on products/services and answer any questions to drive customer interest and brand loyalty.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including retail partners, event organizers, and local influencer.

Market Research & Reporting:

• Collect and document customer feedback and market trends during field activities.
• Monitor competitor activities and gather insights to support strategic planning.
• Report on field marketing performance and provide recommendations for improvements or new opportunities

Sales and Lead Generation Support:

• Assist in lead generation by promoting special offers, product samples, and sign-ups for newsletters or loyalty programs.
• Support the sales team by qualifying leads and passing them along for follow-up actions.
• Track leads generated from events and field activities and provide regular updates to the marketing and sales teams.

Brand Representation & Communication:

• Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all field marketing activities, ensuring the brand message is communicated clearly and consistently.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing team to ensure field marketing efforts align with the broader marketing strategy and business goals.
