Tenacitics - Business Analyst (1-3 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our team.

You will play a crucial role in developing a deep understanding of our business processes, system integrations, and data flow to create detailed user requirements and user stories for our exciting FinTech/InsurTech product.

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities :

- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through various techniques such as interviews, workshops, and document analysis.

- Develop detailed user stories with acceptance criteria for the development team.

- Create process and data flow diagrams to visualize and communicate complex business processes.

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding of requirements.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Manage and prioritize the product backlog in Jira.

- Translate business needs into functional requirements for the development team.

- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that the delivered software meets the business requirements.

- Communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in business analysis.

Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Analyst.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience working in an Agile team.

- Proficiency with Jira and other Agile requirements tools.

- Proven ability to formulate business requirements in the form of user stories.

- Experience with process and data mapping.

- Solid understanding of business and technical terminology.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to effectively interface with both business and technical teams.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.

- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
