This role is ideal for individuals with a keen analytical mindset, adept in bridging the gap between stakeholders and development teams.

Primary Skills:

- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Stakeholder Management: Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

- Requirements Gathering: Proficiency in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.

- Documentation: Skill in creating clear, concise, and well-structured documentation.

- Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile environments and understanding Agile principles.

- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.

Secondary Skills:

- Visual Design: Experience creating mockups and prototypes to visualize requirements.

- Testing: Understanding of UAT processes and ability to guide testing efforts.

- Time Zone Flexibility: Willingness to work across different time zones as needed.

- Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite for documentation, analysis, and communication.

- Project Management: Basic project management skills to assist in project planning and execution

Must-Haves:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

- Proficiency in using BA tools and software.

Qualifications:

- Master's/Bachelor's degree.

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

- Elicit, analyze, and document business and systems requirements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and goals.

- Create clear and comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional requirement specifications (FRSs).

- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment.

- Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.

- Guide testing efforts and participate in UAT to validate requirements.

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of product roadmaps.

- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
