Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in documentation, product backlog management in ADO, stakeholder communication, solution design, and testing. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of business solutions while maintaining a focus on user-centric design and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Documentation:

1. Create clear and concise user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria in ADO.
2. Define and document functional, non-functional, and user experience requirements.
3. Develop process flows, use case scenarios, models, and conceptual design diagrams to support iterative development.

Product Backlog Management:

1. Assist the product manager in maintaining and refining the product backlog in ADO.

1. Prioritize requirements for sprints and releases in collaboration with the offering manager.

Stakeholder Communication:

1. Act as a liaison between the product manager (internal and external voices) and the technical team.

1. Ensure clear understanding of requirements and constant communication with stakeholders during product development and testing phases.

Solution Design:

1. Work with the technical team and product manager to design feasible solutions that meet business needs.

1. Identify product enhancements based on customer feedback and business requirements.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

1. Collaborate with QA teams to review test plans for applicability and coverage.

2. Oversee testing of new functionality during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

3. Participate in testing to ensure the solution meets defined requirements.

Scrum and Agile Practices:

1. Participate in scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, estimation, and requirement analysis.

Technical Competence:

1. Desirable to have understanding of solutions based on technology capabilities, including Dynamics 365 CE, MS Teams, SharePoint etc.

2. Use wireframing tools like Figma and Balsamiq to create visual representations of solutions.

Project Coordination:

1. Own follow-ups and close gaps related to project design, execution, and approach.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• 6 to 7 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Exposure to working in cross-functional teams and complex technical environments.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments.
• Strong expertise in creating user stories, epics, and detailed acceptance criteria.
• Proficiency in wireframing tools such as Figma and Balsamiq.
• Fair understanding of Microsoft technologies, including Dynamics 365, MS Teams, Outlook add-in, SharePoint etc.
• Experience in collaborating with QA teams and supporting UAT.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with backlog refinement and prioritization techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design feasible business solutions.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience participating in scrum ceremonies.
