Skills and Qualifications: Essential Skills:
- Experience analysing existing systems and processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a knack for identifying trends and deriving actionable insights from data.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and methodologies, with the ability to present findings in a clear and compelling manner.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to implementation.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies, with an understanding of how to leverage digital tools to drive business growth.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools (eg, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with common CRM and ERP systems.
- Basic understanding of web analytics and digital marketing tools (eg, Google Analytics, SEMrush).
Qualifications:
- bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. A masters degree or MBA would be a plus but is not mandatory.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in business analysis or a related field, preferably within a digital agency or e-commerce environment.
Personal Attributes:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive and independent worker who can also collaborate effectively with teams.
- Passionate about leveraging technology to solve business problems and improve customer experiences
