Designation: Executive Business Analyst / MIS

Reporting to: Vice President
Relevant Experience: 3+ years

Education Qualification: Any graduation.

Job Summary:

As an MIS / BA Executive , you will play a key role in managing and analyzing company data to ensure effective reporting and business decision-making. You will be responsible for designing and implementing MIS systems, generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and supporting various departments with critical data insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management : Collect, organize, and maintain data across various departments and systems.
Report Generation : Prepare and present accurate, timely, and detailed MIS reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) for senior management and stakeholders.
Data Analysis : Analyze data trends and patterns, provide actionable insights, and identify areas of improvement.
System Maintenance : Monitor and maintain MIS systems to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency.
Process Optimization : Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve data collection and reporting efficiency.
Coordination : Collaborate with different departments (Sales, Operations, Finance) to fulfill their reporting requirements and address data-related issues.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Qualification : Bachelor s degree in Diploma Mechanical, BE Mechanical, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience : 3-5 years of relevant experience in MIS or data analysis.
Technical Skills : Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros), ERP systems.
Analytical Skills : Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail.
Communication Skills : Good verbal and written communication skills.
Time Management : Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple reporting timelines.
