Job Description
As a Business Analyst, he/she will play a critical role in aligning our
business processes and technology with our needs using the Odoo
platform. The expertise will be essential in analyzing, designing, and
implementing Odoo-based solutions that drive efficiency and business

Who can apply?
- Requirements Gathering: Engage with clients to understand their business processes and gather detailed requirements for Odoo implementation.
- Process Analysis and Mapping: Analyze current business processes and
- identify opportunities for improvement and optimization through Odoo.
- Solution Design: Translate business requirements into functional
- specifications and work closely with the development team to ensure Odoo
- solutions meet our needs.
- Project Management: Assist in managing Odoo projects, ensuring they are
- delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Testing and Validation: Coordinate testing efforts, validate the
- functionality of Odoo applications, and ensure they meet business
- requirements.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to users, ensuring effective adoption of Odoo solutions.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, process maps, and user
- guides.
- Strong organizational skills, effective planning and project management
- Able to collaborate with clients
and have a strong desire to excel. Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with exposure to Odoo,
- Zoho, or other ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of
- business processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Certifications
- Certification in Odoo or other ERP systems is highly advantageous
- Reporting directly to General Manager IT/ERP. Operational relationships
- mainly with Finance & Accounting, IT. SCM, Legal and Administration
- Departments.
