The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Odoos framework and a proven ability to lead a team of developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions that meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Odoo developers to deliver ERP solutions.
- Analyze business needs and provide customized solutions within the Odoo framework.
- Architect and design Odoo modules and features based on client requirements.
- Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of Odoo applications.
- Ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and optimization for performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Odoo modules and custom features.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party applications using APIs or connectors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including functional consultants, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and support for ongoing Odoo projects.
- Stay updated with the latest Odoo features, frameworks, and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications :
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo development (Python, JavaScript, XML, PostgreSQL).
- Strong understanding of Odoo architecture, modules, and framework.
- Proven experience in leading and managing Odoo development teams.
- Expertise in customizing Odoo ERP modules .
- Experience with Odoo integration using APIs and external systems.
- Proficient in database management and optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work in an agile environment, using tools like GitLab or JIRA.
