Job Description
We are looking for a candidate to join our team to assist in creating a detailed business analysis, responses to requests, opportunity searching, and managing requirements. This can include gathering information, documenting processes and defining cross-functional tasks, business requirements, and reporting them back to stakeholders.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities - Serving as a liaison between internal/external stakeholders
- Search and Qualify Requirement from Marketplaces
- Analyzing the requests and perform Requirement Analysis
- Managing and preparation of Response Documentations
- Maintain the Records/ Knowledge Repository
- Facilitate Product Enhancement via Competitive Analysis and Market research
- Other work as assigned
- Technical background and the aptitude to be able to quickly learn and use Knovos solutions
- Adaptive Learning and Proactiveness in thinking out of the box ideas
- Market research and competitive analysis skills
- Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented mindset
- Process-oriented approach to execute tasks and time management
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Strong customer service and relationship skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
