ITC Infotech - Business Analyst (3-5 yrs)

Job Description:

- Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and customers, to gather and analyze business requirements.

- Document functional and non-functional requirements, workflows, and use cases.

- Create detailed BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and SRS (Software Requirement Specifications).

- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team.

- Assist in optimizing workflows for applications like farmer apps, franchise onboarding, inventory management, and advisory services.

- Analyze agricultural and business data to derive actionable insights.

- Support decision-making through reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau.

- Prepare UAT plans, test cases, and conduct testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.

- Work with the QA team to resolve issues and validate fixes.

- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including franchisees, agronomists.

- Communicate project updates, risks, and challenges effectively.

Qualifications:

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

- A master's degree is a plus.

Experience: 3-6 years as a Business Analyst, preferably in AgriTech, SaaS, or similar domains.

Tools and Technologies:

- Knowledge of project management tools like Azure DevOps.

- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e., Power BI, Tableau).

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic SQL skills.

Key Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

- Understanding of agriculture-related technologies, AI/ML applications, or SaaS platforms is highly desirable.

- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
