Job Title : ServiceNow Technical Business Analyst.
Location : Hyderabad Office Hybrid Role (3 Days/Week).

Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring that ServiceNow solutions align with organizational goals.
This role involves working closely with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and collaborating with developers to implement ServiceNow functionalities effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements for ServiceNow solutions.
- Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for automation and improvement using ServiceNow.
- Work with ServiceNow developers and administrators to design and implement solutions that align with best practices.
- Develop functional and technical specifications, user stories, and process workflows.
- Participate in ServiceNow platform upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
- Conduct gap analysis to determine discrepancies between current and desired system capabilities.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with business and technical teams to ensure alignment.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that implemented solutions meet business requirements.
- Assist in developing training materials and conducting end-user training sessions.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.
- Experience with ServiceNow configuration, workflows, and scripting is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is preferred.
- ServiceNow certification (CSA, CIS, or CAD) is a plus.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow reporting and dashboards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
