Business Analyst - Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the renewable energy sector.
• Identify emerging opportunities in the solar EPC market, including new technologies and business models.
• Analyze government policies, incentives, and programs related to solar energy.
• Evaluate current business processes in the EPC value chain and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline project workflows, from design to construction.
• Analyze financial, operational, and sales data to support decision-making.
• Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
• Track project performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Assess the technical and financial feasibility of potential solar EPC projects.
• Work with the engineering and procurement teams to prepare cost estimates and timelines.
• Develop business cases for new projects or market entry strategies.
• Act as a liaison between management, technical teams, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Gather and document requirements from stakeholders for process or project changes.
• Identify risks in project execution, supply chain, and market dynamics.
• Recommend mitigation strategies and monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3 - 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably in the solar or energy sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Familiarity with solar EPC processes, including design, procurement, and construction workflows.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
