Business Analyst - eCommerce/Logistics Domain (1-2 yrs)

Location : Gurugram.

Responsibilities :

- Work closely with the Business, Product and Technology teams to develop world class systems and processes.

- Leverage business context and data analytics skills to identify priorities for business and product teams, quantify benefits, champion those with the stakeholders to develop methodology and roadmap, and ensure implementation.

- Conduct deep dive analyses of business problems and formulate conclusions and recommendations to be presented to senior leadership.

- Create and deliver roadmap for self-service analytics.

- Build solutions to have maximum scale.

- Proactively identify improvement opportunities and understand how our users interact with our products through systematic and rigorous measurement and analysis.

- Champion data-driven decision-making culture, develop hypotheses and validate those with A/B experiments.

- Develop key metrics to proactive measure performance of the product and identify improvement areas on continuous basis.

QUALIFICATIONS :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related discipline from a reputed institute or an MBA from a reputed institute.

- Having 4+ years of overall experience with 3+ years of experience with Product and Business analytics in an ecommerce / logistics / transportation domain.

- Expert knowledge of Web Analytics Tool (such as Google Analytics), Excel, and SQL.

- Good grasp of A/B testing, statistics, and application of data science algorithms.

- Experience with building dashboards in Tableau or other data visualization tools.

- Strong business acumen.

- High attention to detail and coordination skills.

- Self-starter, entrepreneurial and able to work with limited direction.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
