Role Summary:

- The Business Analyst Head cum Program Manager is responsible for leading the business analysis function, overseeing data-driven decision-making, and managing programs to support strategic initiatives.

- This dual role is instrumental in driving project success, improving business processes, and delivering actionable insights to support high-impact decisions across departments.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, business strategy, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis & Strategy:

- Lead the business analysis team to provide insights on key business metrics, identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities.

- Develop and implement frameworks for analyzing large datasets, using statistical and predictive modeling to support business strategies.

- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to influence company direction and identify areas for improvement.

- Establish a robust KPI framework and dashboards to monitor performance across projects and initiatives.

Program Management:

- Manage the lifecycle of multiple, high-impact projects across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

- Define project scopes, goals, deliverables, and timelines, while working closely with stakeholders to ensure resource allocation and risk management.

- Lead end-to-end project execution, from initiation through delivery, with a focus on quality, schedule, and budget adherence.

- Implement agile or other suitable project management methodologies to enhance project transparency and stakeholder communication.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

- Build and lead a team of analysts and project managers, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.

- Collaborate with department heads and senior management to define project requirements and align business analysis with overall strategic goals.

- Act as the point of escalation and primary interface for senior leadership regarding project or analysis deliverables.

- Identify process bottlenecks and develop data-driven recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with the technology and operations teams to automate reporting and streamline data collection, ensuring the accuracy and availability of insights.

- Advocate for best practices in data management, governance, and analysis to ensure data integrity and accessibility across the organization.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience: 7-10+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, program/project management, or a related field.

- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects and teams, ideally in a high- growth, fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in analytical tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python/R).

- Proven leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
