Business Analyst

Key responsibilities:

• Use tools to analyze data, draw insights and present to stakeholders.
• Take ownership of data tracking, data analysis, reporting, dashboarding and presenting the data to senior management. •
• Compile key pieces of information related to performance against defined KPIs to be reviewed by Management and report anomalies if any.
• Understand the process in place and implement automation/ process simplification to bring in efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders for day-to-day activities and drive communication with cross functional teams
• Bring insights about revenue improvement, business operation optimization, margin improvement, new market opportunities etc.
