Role & responsibilities

- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, identifying process gaps and improvement areas.

- Develop and implement data-driven business solutions using Python and SQL to optimize processes and enhance decision-making.

- Design and execute business process optimization strategies based on data insights and industry best practices.

- Build and analyze reports to provide actionable insights for business teams and leadership.

- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, present findings, and communicate changes effectively.

- Prioritize initiatives based on business needs, ensuring timely execution and impact measurement.

- Work cross-functionally to improve data flow, collection, and reporting processes for various teams.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: 1-2 years in business analysis, data analysis, or process optimization. Experience in the B2B domain is a plus.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and automation.

- Little Knowledge of AI/ML, statistical concepts, and data modeling is a plus.

- Familiarity with APIs is a plus.

Business Acumen:

- Strong understanding of business processes, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.

- Ability to identify business opportunities and recommend solutions that improve performance.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:

- Ability to analyze large datasets, extract insights, and translate them into business strategies.

- Experience in managing performance metrics and key business indicators.

Communication & Stakeholder Management:

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

- Ability to engage with stakeholders diplomatically and communicate technical insights in a business-friendly manner.

Execution & Organization:

- Excellent prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.

- Ability to handle ambiguity and drive projects from inception to completion.
