Key Responsibilities
Compensation related:
1. To evaluate and strengthen compensation framework
2. To monitor, maintain and compare trends in COA (Chart of Accounts). Review and analyze incentive data to provide recommendations.
3. To perform check and monitoring of compensation calculations and as per checklist
4. To ensure all approvals are in place, recorded and timely tracked for all payments to internal employees as well as external partners
5. To maintain and control all historical data of pay-outs at company level
6. To develop communication and training material to support incentive compensation plans as an when required by company
MIS & Controllership related:
1. To maintain the enterprise level business data for one source of truth
2. To provide reporting and analytics on sales and other business function performance
3. To collaborate and follow-up for data requests for review of data points and policies
4. To verify & control the business partner payouts
5. To prepare BRD and implement system generated dashboards and MIS
Required Experience
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Payout calculation and data handling
