IT Automation Tester

Description

Experience Level: 08 to 15 years

Key Responsibilities

• Write test scripts based on test plan covering all phases of testing

• Review test plan and test cases with QA Lead and/or Business Analyst

• Execute functional, Integration and regression test cases

• Identify and record Defects

• Provides support and retesting during User Acceptance testing

• Keep up to date with standards and requirements of software quality assurance best practices

• Create manual test cases for new features

• Designing and developing test automation scripts using various frameworks.

• Identifying and selecting test cases suitable for automation.

• Maintaining and enhancing the test automation environment and infrastructure.

Role Competency

• Ability to test in Agile Methodology

• Experience in testing web services and applications

• Inclination to learn technical testing

• Experience coordinating overall test efforts for internal/project team testing user acceptance testing (UAT)

• worked on Selenium is added advantages

• Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, .net, Java

• Proven working experience in Automation Testing Process for minimal 6 years.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree required. Preferred in IT Business Administration or relateddegree.
