Role & responsibilities

• Verification, and recording of invoices provided by vendors & ensures accurate and timely payment to vendors.
• Ensuring that the appropriate taxes (TDS/GST/VAT) are deducted or collected and remitted to the government within the specified timelines.
• Managing prepaid expenses involves tracking, adjusting, and recognizing these expenses in the appropriate accounting periods.
• Month-end activities include various financial closings, reconciliations, and adjustments to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Assisting in the audits & providing auditors with the necessary documentation, explanations, and support to ensure a smooth and efficient audit process
• Preparing relevant documents, coordinating with auditors, and ensuring that the audit process aligns with organizational requirements and regulatory standards.
