We are seeking a highly skilled TRM (Trade Route Management) Consultant with expertise in data migration to support our Data Migration projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in migrating data related to trade route management processes from legacy systems to the new platform, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration process. Responsibilities :

- Lead the data migration efforts for Trade Route Management (TRM), including mapping, cleansing, and transforming data from legacy systems.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand TRM processes, gather migration requirements, and ensure alignment with system functionalities.

- Perform data mapping between legacy systems and the target TRM solution, ensuring consistency in route definitions, tariffs, schedules, and related data.

- Utilize data migration tools such as LSMW, SAP Data Services (BODS), or other ETL tools to extract, transform, and load (ETL) TRM related data.

- Collaborate with functional teams to ensure accurate migration of trade routes, configurations, and master data.

- Conduct data validation and reconciliation to ensure the accuracy and completeness of migrated data.

- Identify potential data migration risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth transitions.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during the migration and post go live phases.

Key Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in Trade Route Management (TRM) and data migration.

- Strong understanding of TRM processes, including route planning, freight tariffs, and schedules.

- Proven experience with data migration tools (LSMW, SAP Data Services, or similar ETL tools).

- Experience in SAP TRM or other Trade Route Management solutions.

- Ability to perform data mapping, cleansing, and validation.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure data integrity .

- Excellent communication skills to liaise with both technical and business teams.
