Aras Developer

Role & responsibilities

Work on ARAS Innovator (Configuration, Customization and Integration) projects.

- Implementing the project based on ARAS Innovator API.

- Setting up data model of the custom solution (configuration of various Objects like Item Types,

Relationships, Workflows, Lifecycle, Forms and relevant properties).

- Knowledge on Subclasses, extension classes, and poly item types to make more flexible use of item

types.

- Project implementation experience in integrating to other systems using the Aras API with federation

techniques (Server side system linkage).

- Drive Automation/Innovation culture and include these in Day to day deliverables.

- Managing the functional and operational workloads assigned.

- Layout a clear roadmap for the applications and workloads for the functional area.

- Provide Metrics based reports for the deliverables on a regular cadence.

- Working with senior management and other peers for strategy development and execution planning

across functions and within the team.

- Collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders to define requirements, delivery processes,

resolve conflicts and provide regular updates.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent communication skills in English oral and written.

- Good understanding of Product Life Cycle Management concepts and their application in the area of

Mechanical/Electrical Design, Manufacturing process management, Bill of Materials, Bill of Process,

Document Management, Product change/ configuration management and collaborative product

development.

- Hands-on experience in ARAS modules.

- Experience or some knowledge in Master Data Management (MDM) domain will have added

advantage.

- Have Strong presentation, and strategic problem-solving skills.

- Collaborative leadership approach embracing a growth mindset.
