Product Manager (2-5 yrs)

- This is your domain.

- You'll call the shots on everything from concept to launch to making sure those loans get repaid faster than you can spell "interest accrued!" (and that our loan management system doesn't develop sentience and demand its own office)

- Work with a Dream Team: We're a passionate bunch, each convinced they hold the key to the next big breakthrough in finance but as soon as we all come together for a brainstorming session it feels more like stand-up comedy meets.

- You'll be the mastermind behind creating lending products that are so good, they practically beg to be borrowed. From ideation to launch, you'll own it all.

- You will drive the development and enhancement of LOS, LMS, BRE, Communication systems, and Reporting platforms to support scalable lending operations.

- Collaborate with lending partners, credit risk team , engineering & operations teams to define platform capabilities and technical requirements.

- Ensure system architecture supports modularity, scalability, and integration with third-party systems.
