We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our sales efforts, onboarding new customers, and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our product. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software/technology sales and possess excellent communication skills in both English and Malayalam.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Sales & Customer Acquisition:
Meet customers directly and indirectly to deliver product demos and close sales.
Understand customer needs and collaborate with the technical team to provide tailored solutions.
Frequent visits to customers to build trust and confidence in the product.
2. Customer Onboarding & Training:
Train and onboard customers to effectively use our application.
Support customers with any issues or concerns, ensuring they have a smooth experience.
3. Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong personal relationships with customers to foster loyalty and long-term engagement.
4. Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare quotations, proposals, and documentation related to customer issues and resolutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Requirements: Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in software/technology-related sales.
Experience or education in the construction industry is a significant bonus. Skills:
Strong command of both English and Malayalam, in verbal and written formats.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
