3D Architectural Designer

Role & responsibilities

• Create high-quality, realistic 3D models and renderings for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
• Collaborate with architects and interior designers to interpret architectural drawings and develop accurate 3D visualizations.
• Develop animations, walkthroughs, and virtual reality presentations to showcase project designs.
• Apply textures, materials, lighting, and camera settings to achieve photorealistic effects.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging visual content for branding and promotional materials.
• Manage multiple projects with strict deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer in architecture or design firms.
• Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, unreal engine and choas vantage, and other relevant 3D software.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop for post-production.
• Excellent understanding of architectural and interior design principles.
• Ability to create photorealistic visuals with attention to detail in textures, lighting, and composition.
• Experience with animations, walkthroughs, and virtual reality presentations is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work on architectural projects.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
