Technical Support Team Specialist

The Billing Support Specialist will be responsible for managing customer inquiries related to billing, resolving discrepancies, processing payments, and maintaining accurate billing records. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient billing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing issues via phone, email, or chat.

• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.

• Process payments, refunds, and adjustments while ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records and documentation.

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex billing issues and improve billing processes.

• Prepare and distribute regular billing statements and reports to customers.

• Educate customers on billing procedures and answer related questions.

• Continuously identify opportunities to improve billing support processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience or degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience in customer service or billing support roles.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.

• Proficiency with billing software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Excel).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
