Role Title : SCM SUPPORT

Purpose Of Role :

Data build across BTGS Systems and System Configuration for the Contract.

Key Responsibilities :

Inventory Data Management and Governance for Contracts :

- Fetching reports from various BT monitoring systems & Keep Inventory Clean portal (using automation/macros) to ensure the Inventory Data are being captured and monitored as per the business requirement.

Inventory Build via single entry interface for small volume of inventory :

- For ad-hoc (mostly in-life data) basis inventory build requests, single entry interface portal is used to upload data into Central Repository.

- Different BT systems are being checked to validate the information received from MUs or Contract teams.

- Reconciliation and analysis of raw data provided by the customer and upload the reconciled data into

Central BTGS repository :

- Basis the customer provided master data, details are validated and amended in different upstream systems to get the Central BTGS repository details synced as per the business requirement.

- Automation/macros and SQL query are being used during the process.

Detailed Customer Inventory report in specific format :

- Inventory details are fetched from different BT Network monitoring systems or Central BTGS repository (using SQL query) and formatted in Excel before providing the final report to customer.

- Customized Inventory report to the end Customers

Network Management Database configuration :

- Basis the in-life requests, inventory data configuration, manual commissioning of routers/switches, device polling status check/amendment are done on Network Management Data Base.

Ensuring Device Monitoring in BTGS Monitoring Systems :

- Regular reports are fetched from different BTGS monitoring systems and analyzed to maintain the end-to-end data integrity.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of two years experience in either a Telecom or Analysts domain.

- Graduate (minimum 3 years college level) education preferable B.Tech, BCA, BSc etc

- Highly Numerate, exceptional understanding of MS Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python.

- Good written and spoken English.

- Advanced knowledge of Windows based tools (Outlook/Word/Excel/Power Point)

Skills/Experience :

- Exceptional Microsoft Office skills including Excel, MS Access, MS Word, VBA.

- Good knowledge for PL/SQL, Power BI, Qlik, Python

- Being able to work in a team as well as an individual contributor.

- Being able to take ownership if tasks assigned and complete them on time, escalate early to the

management.

- Experience in working in a diverse and fast paced work environment.
