Department - Field Quality Control Unit
Position reporting to - FQC - Manager
Job Purpose:
1. Executing and managing all field quality activities.
2. Minimum visit of 4 branches twice a month.
3. In addition if there is any exigency should be able travel within short notice.
4. Should have more knowledge on Group loans and Field functions.
5. Local language Proficiency.
6. Supports field staff onboarding, training, job rotation from operations team.
7. Should have more knowledge on Group loans and Field functions.

Key Responsibilities:
Functional Responsibilities:
1. Coverage of 4 Field Offices (FO) twice in a month i.e., per branch 3 days per visit.
2. Maintenance of good quality of audit work.
3. Audit as per sample size and auditable checklist.
4. Find out the issues happening at the field and branch during audit and sharing to branch team for addressing it.
5. Preparation of center meeting attended checklist and attendance register on daily basis and to be sent to concerned higher ups in the month end.
6. Obtain the field office development status report every month.
7. Make visit to minimum 4 Center Meetings everyday including new centers, and cross check all the documents related to members.
8. Updating quality activities progress and reporting to supervisors.
9. Responsible to identify key areas that needs improvement in quality.
10. To be self-motivated and proactive to manage various tasks.
11. Facilitating in collections of OD / Fresh slippage borrowers and guide the branch in reaching 100% on time collections.
12. Validating the sourcing process like CGT / GRT, Disbursement meeting, document verification.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications - Any Graduate
Experience - Minimum 3 yrs in MFI function
