Designation: Student Relationship Executive
Roles and responsibilities: - Generate leads from database and map them appropriately.
- Handle inbound as well as outbound communication with potential prospects.
- Help solve queries and concerns related to the programs/courses. - Route the leads to the appropriate department.
- Establishing and maintaining good rapport with existing as well as prospective students.
- Provide clear and concise details of the product/program/course as well as explain the entire admission process.
- Become a point of contact between the students/parents and the admissions team.
- Impart initial counselling to the students/parents when required in order to help them decide which would be the best program/course for them.
- Encourage student/parent walk-ins to the institute.
- Prepare daily reports and MIS Student Services.
Criteria: - Must be fluent in English and possess excellent communication & customer service interpersonal skills. - Should have a strong convincing and negotiating ability. - Basic knowledge of MS Office and other applications - Graduation is Mandatory
