Role & responsibilities

• Graduation - Any Degree
• Excellent verbal & written communication in Marathi
• Relevant Job Experience in Liaison work
• Familiarity with the Infrastructure Sectors
• Liaising in Local and Regional deptartments and Offices
• Liaising with Government departments, Local Bodies and Regulatory Agencies
• Must be aware of Land Revenue department Code Maharashtra, Must be well Versed with liaising with Police department & all Government Semi Government departments
• Liaising Forest Department
• Camp establishment (lease deed)
• Liaising with NOC for Consumer Pump, Mining & Pollution Departments. etc
• Coordinating and Procuring Permissions from Various Government Departments
• Streamline Operations and Handle Public Communications
• Expertise in online process,Construction and Land Administration
• Verification and Validation of Properties Documents
• Resolve Conflicts between Local bodies
• Mitigate Risks by Finding solutions and Implementing Effectively
• To start all the pre-construction activities like stone Quarry, barrow areas, Land acquisition and Government Permissions.
• Execution in Land Deals.
