Project Role: Telecom Test Engineer - BSS/OSS - SNOW

Work Experience:Testing experience of 8 to 12 years in Telecom Domain ( IT) & ServiceNow CRM based BSS/OSS testing.

Work location: Pune.

Joining Timelines: Immediate to 30 days.

Graduate or Post-Graduate in Computer Science/ Information Technology/Engineering.

Must Have Skills:

• Must have a minimum of 8 to 12 years of Testing experience in Telecom Domain - in ServiceNow CRM/BSS/OSS.
• Experience in Telecom SNOW BSS & OSS systems & Services.
• Web, API & Mobile App Testing Hands-on-Experience.
• Candidate must have worked on multiple systems/APIs, understanding the technicality and mapping between multiple systems- Integration testing
• Exposure to working in the Agile Delivery Model.
• Leading and managing the software testing team minutely to see the test coverage is done by team to meet project timelines and objectives.
• Testing Certification.

Job Requirements :

• Working experience in testing functional Areas ServiceNOW (SNOW) CRM, Service Order Fulfilment and Provisioning, Inventory,Billing,Service Assurance, and Incident Management.
• Experience in developing and implementing the overall test strategy and test plans for projects.
• Hands-On experience in designing and executing complex test scenarios, test cases, and scripts to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability.
• The ability to work on multiple projects and set priorities.
• Establishing and maintaining testing processes, frameworks, and methodologies as per testing standards, guidelines, and best practices across projects.
• Identifying opportunities for test automation and overseeing the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts. Also developing and implementing a test automation strategy, including selecting appropriate tools and frameworks.
• Estimating the testing effort for projects.
• Ensuring the availability and stability of test environments to support efficient and accurate testing.
• Providing guidance, mentoring, and technical leadership to other test engineers in team.
• Overseeing the defect management process, including defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution.
• Generating comprehensive test reports and communicating test results to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
• Collaborating with project managers, development teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Managing stakeholder expectations regarding testing deliverables, timelines, and quality.
• Facilitating effective communication and stakeholder collaboration through regular meetings, status updates, and project reviews.
