Job Description
We re hiring CR SI/CSR Advisor for one of our Leading MNC in Oil & Gas to join their growing team. This position is based out in Hazira (Surat).
- Master s degree in social sciences, business administration, or related field;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing social investment or CSR programs, preferably in the energy, livelihood or agriculture sector;
- Strong experience of project management, with good understanding of all project management aspects e.g. tracking schedule, cost utilization, communication, progress update, quality, risk management etc;
- Experience in managing CSR programs, aligned to regulatory (CSR Act) requirements and reporting;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
