As Project Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects within our organization. This role involves a combination of functional and administrative responsibilities. As a Project Coordinator, you'll collaborate with diverse teams in India and Germany, such as Sales, Marketing, Development and Support, to drive customer-focused growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
2. Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including project schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
3. Communication: Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed of project progress and any changes.
4. Task Tracking: Monitor project tasks and milestones, identifying and addressing potential issues or delays.
5. Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up actions.
6. Budget Tracking: Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenses, reporting any discrepancies.
7. Stakeholder Interaction: Interact with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing queries related to project status
