6-10 years of hands-on Business Analyst experience with corporate actions

Job Description:

• 6+ years of hands-on Business Analyst experience.
• Proven track record in corporate actions.
• Proven track record of successfully managing product lifecycles.
• Have good understanding of the North American/European Capital Markets, Fixed Income & Equity Brokerage Operations.
• Be able to evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions and ensure that the solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
• Collaboratively work with all stakeholders - Management, Product, Development, QA and Implementation teams
• BTech/BE/MBA or equivalent discipline
