Technical Lead

5 to 7 years of experience of functional and Automation experience.
Good knowledge of Java and VB technologies.
Possess in-depth knowledge of multiple open source/commercial tools for Web test automation (Selenium/Webdriver, Coded UI, Tosca etc.) and Mobile test automation ( Appium, Robotium, SeeTest, etc and (iOS, Android, and Windows), automation frameworks, Continuous Integration tools (Jenkins) and infrastructure for automation
Proficient with Rest and SOAP API testing ( RestSharp, or REST-assured) and able to handle XML and JSON files
Excellent understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies, concepts.
Identifying and recommending the automated testing processes and tools
Define and publish key performance metrics for the automated testing
Provide leadership, guidance, training and mentoring to implement test automation across project teams
Define and implement test automation strategy including roadmap, tools, framework & approach across project teams
Participate in Design and Architectural reviews of proposed automation solutions across project teams
Evaluate and select best usage of test automation tools for different purposes
Assist engineering management team with the technical presentation of proposed automation solutions
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Education: BE / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent
