Work Hours: Shiftwork, Monday to Friday, starting no earlier than 09:00 AM IST and finishing no later than 10:30 PM IST (9-hour working day).

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

Purpose of the Role

The Education Officer will play a vital role in delivering outstanding learner support for our health, safety, wellbeing, and environmental courses. You will ensure students have a positive and high-quality learning experience, managing processes efficiently while adhering to our strict quality standards.

This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, supporting examination and assessment processes, and ensuring seamless operational delivery of educational services. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can build strong relationships over the phone; therefore, excellent telephone etiquette is essential for candidates. The role holder will collaborate with the UK Education and Operations Team in Mumbai to ensure efficient service delivery through accurate processes and adherence to strict SLAs, to meet targets and support the overall Education strategy.

The successful Education Officer will need: -

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in IT tools, including managing operational and administrative systems.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Beginner-level knowledge of health and safety management principles (training will be provided if required).
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to build positive relationships with students and clients, creating a welcoming and enthusiastic environment.
• Passion for coaching, developing, and helping others succeed, while supporting individual learning styles.
• Experience in coordinating events, logistics, or student services.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Strong ability to manage workloads in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with teams to achieve organisational goals.
