Job role and responsibilities

We are looking for a Quick Commerce Manager to grow Brillare's presence and consumer acceptance in quick commerce channels in India in a meaningful way and drive revenue growth through efficient and effective marketing campaigns across online quick commerce channels.

Reporting To : Ecommerce Lead

Location : Ahmedabad (Head Office)

- Lead Brillare's Quick Commerce channel business growth through effective - execution of marketing and category growth strategies including:

- Plan and Execute Brand and business expansion strategy in major quick commerce channels in India - Swiggy instamart, blinkit and Zepto

- Developing and implementing the listing, business development strategy and marketing and sales planning keeping quick commerce consumer needs, preferences in consideration

- Identifying market opportunities based on local consumer insights, understanding of competitor actions and ongoing monitoring of market dynamic

- Ensure the gathering of market intelligence, analysis and advice on positioning, partnerships, products and services and new business development

- Oversee high quality analysis, monitoring and reporting, ensuring effective gathering and reporting of market and business development management information

- Build qualified team/ agency network for efficient business plan execution

Required qualifications:

- 4-6 years of ecommerce experience in fast growing quick ecommerce industry for a beauty and personal care category

- Graduation + MBA from tier 1 institutes

- Analytical Skills: should be able to analyze the overall business performance and craft meaningful sales/marketing innovations

- Strategic Skills: Excellent negotiation and selling skills Strong presentation skills, and ability to present and sell to both large and small audiences

- Technical Skills: MS Excel, Ecommerce Analytics and hands on experience with ecommerce sales analysis

- Enthusiasm to learn new skills and effectively counter all probable hurdles/barriers and ensure appreciable performance in all KRAs
