Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Representative to join our sales associate team on a commission-based structure. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial individual who thrives on creating and closing sales opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate sales leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
  • Present and promote the manufacturing ERP and related software.
  • Coordinate with the customer to schedule demos with the internal Customer Success team.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Report sales details, including metrics such as leads, calls, meetings, and closed sales.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, particularly in commission-based roles, is preferred. Strong connections, contacts or network with manufacturing businesses is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Understanding of business software like CRM, ERP, SaaS and their business benefits is important for this role.
  • Mindset: Goal-oriented with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
