Travel Consultant

Role & responsibilities

On board the Corporate Client with proper Agreements.

Collects payments, books travel arrangements and pays applicable fees.

Handles travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancelations and refunds.

Promote tours and vacation excursions through local media and PR channels.

Work to meet weekly and monthly sales goals as established by the company.

Plan and promote accommodations and travel services.

Maintain statistical and financial records.

Qualifications/Skills:

1. Strong sales and interpersonal skills

2. Excellent verbal and written communications skills

3. Ability to negotiate effectively

4. Strong problem-solving skills

5. Detail oriented and highly organized

6. Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks

7. Working knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
