Job Brief

We have an urgent requirement for a Project Coordinator ready to join immediately.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Effective Project Coordinator is a crucial factor in successful project management. It is much easier to coordinate a project when you have a team that can meet its demands (both in terms of skills and availability).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Resource planning and allocation. Assigning people to projects based on their skills, previous experience, availability, or project budget.
  • Capacity planning. Project Coordinator needs to make sure that their organization’s resources have enough capacity to deliver upcoming projects.
  • Supporting project managers in ongoing resource management efforts. A project manager is often the first person to spot problems: employee overutilization, uneven workload, or overtime. A Project Coordinator can step in and help PMs by reallocating resources, adjusting goals or requirements, or assigning new people to the team.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE –

  • Managing Resource Allocations for Internal, External Projects and as well as learning allocations.
  • Providing Project Management team with Ongoing Resource Management and related Support.
  • Responsible for ensuring team member utilization.
  • Work with Management to review metrics like Billable Resource Utilization
  • Providing Time Entries, Schedule Board, and other necessary access to new Team Members for Dynamics 365.
  • Checking for Time Entries mismatches from Resource and comparing it with allocations every Friday.
  • Coordinating with Project Manager for approving the Time Entries every Friday.
  • Managing hours utilized by the External Resources.
  • Handling queries from Resources related to Time Entry, Allocations and Project Hours on tasks, etc.
  • Managing and planning license requirements for the customers.
  • Managing and planning license budget and quotation as per the requirements.
  • Manage and Planning License migration and changes as per the requirements.
  • Managing Microsoft and other license new changes or updates.
  • Managing All the licensing price and cost details with SKU and offers.
  • Responsible for the customer license additional requirement about upgrade and downgrade etc.
  • Managing the license renewal for the customers.

Basic Knowledge of making project plans in MPP

Qualification:

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from reputed university

- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, master’s in business administration or CA will be preferred.

  • Must have positive attitude and be approachable.
  • Should have a learning mindset, willingness to evolve and go the extra-mile.
  • Creative with new ideas, ways and initiatives and ability to execute the plan.
  • Willingness to work on flexible shifts as per the projects assigned. (USA/Canada/Middle East/India/Australia)
