Job Description
- We are looking for creative individuals who enjoy visually communicating through their designs
- This role includes collaboratively conceptualising ideas and executing them for various clients in new and innovative ways
- The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and collaborate with the content team to design collateral material such as brochures, email newsletters, product catalogs, and other sales and marketing materials.
- Work in line with the organizational values and ensure consistency in design approach.
- Translate creative briefs into final artwork that meets the project objectives and brand guidelines.
- Design internal and external digital marketing collaterals including social media posts, website designs, infographics, and more.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of design files before final release.
- Edit artwork and collaterals received from clients to enhance their visual appeal and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of design projects.
- Continuously learn and develop best practices for graphic design to stay updated with industry trends.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other visual design software.
- Proficiency in CorelDraw for specific design requirements.
- Experience in user interface (UI) design for web and mobile sites, as well as applications (if applicable).
- Ability to convert wireframes and mockups into well-designed and coherent layouts.
- Knowledge of current UI technologies, tools, and trends.
- Awareness of user experience (UX) principles and user behavior, which would be advantageous.
- Ability to present designs and effectively communicate and sell design solutions to stakeholders.
- Creative problem-solving skills to address complex design challenges.
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Strong analytical skills to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
- The candidate should possess strong communication skills, be a team player, and demonstrate artistic skills alongside design expertise.
