Business Analyst

What we are looking for in you

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the local office language(s).
• Experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, and documentation.
• Hands-on experience in preparing BRD, SRS, and FRD.
• Experience in creating workflow diagrams, wireframes, use cases, and user stories.
• Strong presentation skills for internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge in Agile methodologies.
• Coordinating Presales works.
• Experience in client communication conducting meetings, collecting feedback, and ensuring alignment between business and technical teams.
• Experience in project coordination and pre-sales support, including proposal preparation and requirement analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
• Experience in testing and validating deliverables to ensure they align with business requirements.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized

Roles and Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical implementation.
• Engage with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into clear, structured documentation.
• Provide project support by contributing to proposal preparation and pre-sales activities.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Developers, Designers, and QA teams to implement business requirements effectively.
• Facilitate client and internal meetings, document Minutes of Meetings (MoM), and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
• Coordinate project activities, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Manage change requests effectively and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Assist in UAT by validating the product from an end-user perspective and ensuring deliverables match business needs.
• Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Contribute to process improvements by analyzing workflows and recommending enhancements to drive efficiency and business growth.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to drive business growth through process improvements and strategic insights.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to improve business analysis capabilities.

Good to have

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a preferred field, or equivalent experience, is acceptable, provided the candidate possesses the required skills.
• Prior experience in healthcare, e-commerce, finance, or other domain-specific projects.
• Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles for project design.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Lucidchart, Microsoft Visio, or Draw.io.
• Experience in preparing wireframes and prototypes using tools like Balsamiq, Figma, or Adobe XD
